TERMS of SALE

Advertising from new accounts must be prepaid for the first month. Billing is allowed after the first month when accompanied by a signed new account form. Accounts are due in full 10 days from receipt of invoice. Any earned discounts will be lost and service charges of 1.5% per month will be added on any balance not paid by the end of the month following publication. Accounts 60 days or more past due may be refused the right to advertise and will be liable for all collection costs and reasonable attorney’s fees. All bills presented for advertising shall be deemed a correct statement of obligation unless written notification is made by the advertiser or by the publisher within 30 days. Advertising is placed as advantageously as possible. Specific position requests will be honored where possible, but the positioning of ads is at the sole discretion of the publishers. Guaranteed positions are available in some sections at a 15 % surcharge. The subject matter, form, size, wording, illustration and typography of all advertising copy received shall be subject to approval, revision, classification, cancellation or rejection at any time by The Columbia Insider. All advertisements must be clearly identified by the logo, trademark or signature of the advertiser.
Ads resembling editorial material will be identified as PAID.

ADVERTISEMENT

All political or opinion ads must be prepaid and sponsorship identified.
